We have been making excellent quality cheeses in the rolling hills area of Southwest Wisconsin for 28 years. The cheeses we hand craft include our 1982 World Champion Colby, cheddar (some aged as long as 10 years),Blue, Marble Jack, Monterey Jack, Muenster, Pepper Jack, Pesto Jack, Garlic & Onion Jack, Dill Jack, Tomato-Basil Cheddar, Smoked Cheddar, and Bacon Cheddar. Our sharp cheddars include One Year, Two Year, Three Year, Five Year, Seven Year, and Ten Year old cheeses.
